Moneycast is an analytics app that presents registered users (“users”, “customers” or “you”) with operational intelligence information to better manage their businesses.

This Privacy Policy describes how Moneycast use, process, and share your personally identifiable information. This Policy describes your choices regarding any applicable rights of access, deletion, and correction of your personal information. Where we refer to “information” in this Privacy Policy, it means any information that relates to an identified person.

This Privacy Policy applies to the Moneycast Platfom, Moneycast.ai or any other website that we own or control and which posts or links to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Service”), and our direct marketing communications.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to the information we collect about employees (our employment policies apply) or job applicants (our Applicant Privacy Statement applies). In addition, our Platform, and services are designed for businesses and their representatives.  We do not target consumers – individuals who seek to use our products and services for their personal or household purposes. Content you provide through our site: If the Site or our social media platform pages allow you to upload content or information, we will collect the content or information you upload.

Information we obtain from social media platforms: We may maintain pages for Moneycast on social media platforms, such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and other third party platforms. When you visit or interact with our pages on those platforms, the platform provider’s privacy policy will apply to your interactions and their collection, use and processing of your personal information. You or the platforms may provide us with information through the platforms, and we will treat such information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Moneycast will only collect the data that we need to provide the Service that we offer. We will not collect any data that is not needed to fulfil our Service.

Third Parties
In addition to the above list, Moneycast may provide or otherwise make available information relating to you to our collaboration partners and companies that process personal data on behalf of Moneycast, i.e. data processors of Moneycast, such as our IT-suppliers or suppliers engaged by Moneycast for Moneycast’s marketing efforts. However, Moneycast will always be responsible for the correct processing of your personal data.

To create anonymous, aggregated or de-identified data
Moneycast may create anonymous, aggregated or de-identified data from your personal information and other individuals whose personal information we collect.  We make personal information into anonymous, aggregated or de-identified data by removing or not utilising information that makes the data personally identifiable to you.  We may use this anonymous, aggregated or de-identified data and share it with third parties for our lawful business purposes, including to analyse and improve the Service and to promote our business.

We process all data within the US. Potentially, your data may be transferred to or stored in countries outside of the US, provided that there is an adequate level of protection or that Moneycast and its data processors have implemented appropriate safeguards.

• We may share your information with companies, organisations, and other third parties with your consent or to fulfil the purpose for which you provided the information.
• With our data processors and other service providers, partners, or contractors in connection with the the services they perform for us
• We may share your information with your teammates, account administrators, billing, or technical account users in order to provide the Services.
• We may share your information with third-party applications (at your direction or the direction of an account owner) when an account holder uses the Services.
• We provide information to service providers to help us provide the Services and for our business purposes. Examples of our Service providers include hosting or infrastructure providers, helpdesk ticket providers and email providers.

Moneycast is the data controller and is responsible for the processing of your personal data in accordance with applicable legislation. As a User, you may exercise certain rights regarding your data we process, including the following:

Right to Access:
You have the right to access your Personal Data held by us.

Right to Rectification:
If you believe that we are processing inaccurate personal data about you, you can ask us to correct it.

Right to Erasure (or “Right to be Forgotten”):
You can request that we delete your personal data. Although we will comply with such a request to the extent required by applicable law, please note that we, despite your request, may continue to process certain data (such as data that we need to retain in order to protect our legal interests or that we are required to retain pursuant to legal obligations).

Right to Restrict Processing:
You can request that we restrict the processing of your personal data. As an example, this can be relevant if we have incorrect data about you and you do not want the processing to continue until we have corrected the data.

Right to Data Portability:
You may have the right to access personal data that you have provided to us, where we will provide your data in a structured, generally accepted and machine-readable format, and you may also have a right to transfer the personal data to another data controller.While users can object to the processing of their personal data for direct marketing purposes at any time without providing any justification, users may at times have to justify their objection, say should their personal data be processed for a public interest. Any requests to exercise user rights can be directed to customer-support@moneycast.ai. These requests can be exercised free of charge and will be addressed as early as possible and always within one month.

Right to Object:
In connection with the processing of personal data based on our legitimate interest, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data. If your privacy interests outweigh our interests in processing certain data, we will stop processing such data.

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”), California residents have certain rights to understand and request that we disclose details about how we handle your Personal Data.

California law requires that we detail the categories of personal information that we collect and disclose for certain ‘business purposes’, such as to service providers that assist us with securing our services or marketing our products. In addition to the information provided above in the ‘Personal Information we Collect’ section, We may collect this Personal Data directly from you, from third parties, and from your interactions with us.

We may retain this Personal Data for as long as is needed for the purpose(s) for which it was collected and no longer than is relevant and reasonably necessary. Our retention periods vary based on business, legal and regulatory needs. We securely retain records of data requests for at least 24 months as required under the CCPA.

Business and Commercial Purposes for Collection: Disclosures for a Business Purpose
We may collect all of the above categories of Personal Data to run our business and carry out our day-to-day activities, as described in the “How We Use Personal Information We Collect” Section above.
Moneycast does not sell (as such term is defined in the CCPA or otherwise) the personal information that we collect (and will not sell it without providing a right to opt out).

We collect and process Personal Data related to job applicants to recruit and hire, assess and evaluate a job applicant’s skills and qualifications, comply with legal obligations, and send information about positions at Moneycast that may be of interest to individuals.

We may also share personal information (in the form of identifiers and Internet activity information) with third-party advertisers for the purposes of targeting advertisements on non-Moneycast websites, applications and services. In addition, we may allow third parties to collect personal information from our sites or services if those third parties are authorised service providers who have agreed to our contractual limitations as to their retention, use and disclosure of such personal information, or if you use our sites or services to interact with third parties or direct us to disclose your personal information to third parties.

Subject to certain limitations, the CCPA provides California consumers the right to request to know more details about the categories or specific pieces of personal information that we collect (including how we use, disclose or may sell this information), to delete their personal information, to opt out of any ‘sales’, to know and opt out of sharing of personal information for delivering advertisements on non-Moneycast websites, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

California consumers may make a request pursuant to their rights under the CCPA by contacting us at customer-support@moneycast.ai. We will verify your request using the information associated with your account, including the email address.

The data we collect for the provision of our Service is kept as long as is needed for the purposes for which the data was collected. The data is thereafter deleted or anonymised. Many types of data are in general deleted within one year from when we have fulfilled our obligations in relation to the respective Service, however some data may be kept longer than that, for example the data that is required for a legal process or data that we possess under applicable anti-money laundering rules must retain for five years.

Moneycast takes security of data very seriously. We aim to ensure that you, at all times, remain confident in trusting Moneycast with your personal data. In this respect, Moneycast has implemented such security measures necessary to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, modification and deletion. These steps take into account the sensitivity of the information that we collect, process and store, and the current state of technology. However, no application, Internet, or email transmission is ever fully secure or error-free, and we do not guarantee the security of any personal information. You are also responsible for ensuring that your account and the passwords we provide you are protected.

The Service is not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, anyone under the age of 16. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with Personal Data without your consent, please contact us.We will delete such information from our files as soon as reasonably practicable.

We ask that you do not send us, and do not share any sensitive personal information (for example, government-issued IDs, information related to racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religion or other beliefs, health, genetic, or biometric data, criminal background or trade union membership).

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time, to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, additional factors, and to be consistent with applicable data protection and privacy laws and principles, and other legal requirements.
